Hint/Teaser: Every Bostonian knows there are only a few chances to fully enjoy the feeling of summertime. Combining his masterful training as charcutier at Savenor's with American tradition, Sam is bringing you everything great about a summer BBQ. Think hot links, baked beans, cornbread, and coleslaw. Sam will be smoking the sausage and cooking the beans on the smoker to give them extra punch.
The pork for the sausage is sourced locally from his farmer Andy, who raises high quality animals in Colrain, MA.
